    ...people on the ATT site give the HTC Once X a bad review because it doesn't have an unlocked bootloader? They bought the phone and didn't realize this? So for that they give it a 1 star? Lol. Man, some people are so critical. I know what that opens up, but really isn't THAT serious enough to give it a 1 star.

    Simple - HTC has committed to release unlocked bootloaders or provide a tool to unlock them. The problem is the tool does not work with the AT&T version of One X. HTC blames AT&T for this of course. Whoever is responsible it presents a problem for the people that expected that this will work as promised by the manufacturer.
