I just released my first WP7 app, Messaging Emoticons.

Messaging Emoticons is the easiest way to view, manage, and use all of the vast emoticons Windows Phone has at its disposal.

When sending a message to another Windows Phone user or via Windows Live Messenger, Messaging Emoticons will allow you to sort and copy emoticons on the fly. You can also pin emoticons for quick copying, or enter Compose Mode to write an entire message while being able to select the emoticons you choose! From Compose mode, the entire message can be easily copied or sent immediately to the Messaging hub as a new message.

Since there are so many emoticons, you can filter them by predefined category, or add them to your favorites for a customized experience.

Remember, there is no standard for emoticons, so these are only guaranteed to work with other Windows Phones or Windows Live Messenger contacts. And a special thanks to WPCentral for finding and providing the complete list of emoticons. Enjoy!
