Tracks
Tracks has been out for quite some time, but the new 2.0 update is a massive update that adds a ton of new functionality!

What is it?
You have likely seen a multitude of apps that will record your runs and show your position on a map. Tracks does this but also allows you to incorporate your weight training, and cardio activities into your workout log.

And?
Some other features of this app:
?Cloud syncing. If you upgrade or break your phone, your data is safe. You workout history, settings, routines, and any custom exercises are all saved to the cloud. You don't need to add it all back.
?Automatic checkpoints, splits. If there is a route you like to run, you can mark checkpoints at key locations. When you run that route in the future Tracks can automatically record your time at these positions. Or you can choose to record your time at interval distances so you can see your split times every .5 mile.
?Interval training. Have Tracks notify you when to adjust your pace according to the intervals you want.
?Fitness progress. record your weight, blood pressure, bicep size, or anything you want and see how your workout affects your goal progress with handy charts.
?Hundreds of exercises with photo examples. If you're bored at the gym, learn some new exercises.
There are plenty more features, but go try for yourself!

It's a free download. Check it out at http://windowsphone.com/s?appid=4177a311-7ba4-e011-986b-78e7d1fa76f8
