If you're trying to quit smoking I've just developed a new app to help you do so.It's called helpMeQuit and can be downloaded here:

helpMeQuit | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)

Simply enter the details in the Settings page to track your progress to becoming smoke free.

You will be able to see how long you have gone without a cigarette, how much money you have saved, how much tar you have avoided and how many cigarettes you have not had. In addition to this you will get reminders of the benefits of quitting smoking and an estimation of your extended live expectancy.

Pin the app to start to get live stats on your start screen and use wide tiles to get more info.

We have also included the ability for you to record and monitor your quitting attempts as we understand that not everyone quits the first time. If/when you relapse and have a smoke, simply select "Relapse" from the menu. This will stop the timers and stats and will record your attempt in the Attempts page. As soon as you try to quit again hit the "Restart" menu item to get started again!

I hope this helps any smokers out there to kick the habit!
