how can I transfer contacts and messages from Windows phone to iPhone 6s?

Hello, i get a new iPhone 6s, and I need to transfer contacts, messages and other info from my old Windows phone to my new iPhone 6s, I tried many program but not success. Is there any good app that does this? Or, what should be the process?

Use Outlook or Gmail for contact transfer. First sync your contacts via the app on your Windows phone. Then sync it again on iPhone. For text messages, you need sms transfer tools to do that, here is a tutorial on that. Dropbox or OneDrive for photos and music transfer.
