When will Windows Phone 8.1 get an official release?

A little fuzzy on the details here. Was wondering if anyone know when Windows Phone 8.1 is going official? Is there a date?

On newly released devices - Lumia 63x, 930 - Already official.

Existing devices - This summer, likely within the next couple months.
However, carriers can interfere with the timetable for testing, so that can add anywhere from no time to months. (cough AT&T cough)

Hey it's still unknown but I guess it will be 24th June. You can still get your hands on windows phone 8.1 via developer preview program.

I would say you were right, except they released the Black update first, for the 1020. :O. I have no idea what to expect now, with AT&T.

But the people who keep saying "June XX" aren't taking into account carriers. It could be months later.

It will take some time, and the Lumia 630 and 930 will probably not ship with finished versions of the OS, and will get some of the same updates as the Preview.
