Windows 8.1 on Straight Talk service?

Is it possible to get Windows 8.1 on a Straight Talk phone? I have a Nokia Lumia 920 with a straight talk at&t sim card. I updated to Black, but it says the phone is up to date now. What do I need to do to get 8.1??

Go to the homepage and search for Developer Preview. There is an article that will tell you all you need to know.

8.1 is not out for existing phones officially, so your phone is still technically up to date.
