When did Skype integration start working in windows phone 8.1??

I just got a call from a friend and saw that the skype button wasn't greyed out. When i pressed it it disconnected my call and switched me over to skype. It wasn't seamless like they originally said but since when did it start working? Or have i just noticed it today and its been working for a while??

I don't know, ill have to try it out. It's always been grayed out for me

Always worked for me. I think the update fixed it for a lot. It was busted on my wife's till the update.

Haven't seen this Skype button myself. I probably don't have them as a Skype contact.
