Lumia 520 Froze at NOKIA logo after inserting 16 GB Micro SDHC card, class 10

Hi guys,

I have a Lumia 520, I just bought a Sandisk 16 GB micro SD card, class 10.
It came with an adapter. I checked on the PC and it is showing 14.90 GB space. File type : FAT32.
Partition : primary.
But when I put it in my phone. It freezes at the Nokia logo and doesn't start.
Can anybody help..?

Transcend 16gb class 10 on my 520 no problem till now, if the card is in warranty replace it..

I am using the same SD card and phone no problem at all, except sometimes it scans the SD card. Try rebooting your phone.
