Phone wont update after 8.1

Ever since ive upgraded my Lumia 925 to 8.1 my phone will not update. MS has pushed out i believe 3 updates since then but everytime i try to force the update it just tells me that my phone is up to date despite the OS version log clearly being outdated. Anyone else run into something like this? Any Tips?

Do you have this app installed :- Preview for Developers | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (India)
If installed , is Enable preview for developers ticked ?

happened to me too. just had to put in my data in the dev preview app
