As was stated earlier, no one knows the exact release date. You can be sure that when it is released, WPCENTRAL will be the first to let us know, even before your carrier.

In another forum it said that AT&T is the first or will be the first in the US to get the 8.1 rollout. However, I have found no supporting information for that statement.
