PDF markup

I need a large tablet (Windows 8 Pro probably) for marking up and jotting notes in the margin of many PDFs. My iPad screen is just not big enough to do this effectively as I must zoom in, make annotations or notes, zoom out, move down a few lines, zoom in....On my iPad I have tried 10+ different apps and nothing is as effective and fast as the old fashioned print out the PDF and make notes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated - help me save trees. Richard Strickland

Thank you but I need a screen larger than the 12 inch Surface Pro 3.

I don't think that there's a tablet larger than 12 inches, but maybe you can find a convertible PC, it's a PC and a tablet at the same time
