Lumia 920 got hot and battery draining by 60% per hour!!

Lumia 920 got hot and battery drained by 60+%. All apps closed, wifi off, blue tooth off, 3g off, location off, no apps running in background. All off during today, then switched on 3g at lunchtime, surfed the web, then the phone got hot and lost lots of power. See attached image. Has happened 3 times last couple of days.
Any ideas? Phone is less than a year old.

Perhaps it's not a good idea to have everything switched off.

Maybe it's because of the battery.
Don't know, just 'maybe'.

First, have you tried a soft reset? (hold power+ volume down until vibrate)

A hard reset may be in order if you installed the 8.1 Preview.
