Can I set the default browser?

Fun fact, UC Browser in WP is using the same engine as IE, it just has different buttons and stuff around what is still IE. It's like Apple and their Safari.
If you mean features, its fine, but IE isn't bad. It's a far cry from the IE of, it just has the same name.

Opera hasn't bothered, Nokia Xpress is a potential alternative.

I prefer uc browser because of the features and customization options which unfortunately aren't in IE
