OneDrive is not working in background in wp8.1. How I'm supposed to share my files to OneDrive. Need help. I've started to hate my phone. Any suggestions?

No I haven't. Is it supposed to work in background for you? Do I have to stay in the app until the upload gets completed? I need help.
