Problem with 'Photos' on Nokia Lumia 820

Hi Guys,

I'm using a Nokia Lumia 820 and every time I open the Photos app on my phone, it crashes and I'm unable to open any other folder/ app after that- including Settings. I have to open up my phone, remove the battery and start it up again in order for everything to start working again. But when I go to Photos again, the same problem occurs. Also, the phone does not turn off by itself (it gets stuck after swiping down to power off) and therefore I have to take out the battery to re-start again.

Anyone else facing the same issues? I'd be grateful for any help!

i have a similiar issue on my 720 and 820,hopefully cyan should fix it
