my lumia 720 internet sharing is not working

When i start internet sharing it shows error
.Internet sharing isn't currently available.

Go to settings, move to keyboard, and click add the new language, then find Spanish(Spain) and download that language and wait and have a patience till it automatically restarts the phone. Hope this solution helps. I too solved by these above instructions.
