Music around you, Cortana!

I recently updated to WP 8.1 Preview for Developers on my 920 and getting in to use those great features included in the package. I had a small doubt which I think will most of you will help me out with. When I open Cortana, I cannot see the music icon near the notebook icon. Music icon is not there, and I'm unable to use the feature of identifying music playing around me. Please someone..

It won't show up in the today view it should show the round icon

you dont have this option if you live outside US

I read somewhere on this forum that there's a way around it, by changing your location in Bing and so on. I'm not sure of the details though, so perhaps search for the thread or look online. Keep trying!

It's available in Wales, so maybe just the US and UK?

Yup, see there are two ways to open Cortana..... One is by tapping on the tile and the other by hitting the search button, when you do the latter you should get the music icon. And if you don't, change your language to US as well in the region settings.

yes, I've changed my region to US. Cortana is active but no music icon.
