The wife will be moving from an old LG Quantum to a Nokia 925 soon...I have WP 8.1 DP running and updated on the 925. Is there an app (MS or 3d party) that can migrate everything (photos, settings, SMS, etc) from the old phone to the new one?
Migrating from WP 7.5 device to WP 8.1 DP device...

That's really big step, I think there's no need to sync settings from wp7 to wp8, there's alot to discover in settings 
For photos and videos move them to your PC them to the phone.
