Intermittent internet connectivity issue in my Lumia 630 Dual SIM Phone

I am using dual SIM Nokia Lumia 630. I find intermittent issues in connecting to internet, from both the SIM networks. Phone shows that signal (like EDGE / HSDPA) is available, but not able to connect to internet. Please help

Go into Settings>Mobile Network and see what your Highest Connection Speed is set to. Perhaps try it on 3G.
