Super slow charging Lumia 1320. Help

Yo People,
I just got a lumia 1320 a month back, I love this device and im very much satisfied with it, especially the battery timings.
the best feature for me was the battery time and the battery charging time, how quickly the phone used to get charged with the default nokia wall charger.
2 weeks back I plugged the phone to the charger running on electricity from a generator one time only.. a few hours later I got the dev. windows 8.1 and all its updates. a few days later the phone just stopped charging as fast with the same charger, the same charger at times doesn't charge the phone at all, and at times charges the phone SUPER SLOW. like 6 hours for the phone to reach a 100% while before it used to take an hour.
ive tried different chargers and different wires, pc usb sockets all the same. super super super slow.
i hard reset my phone, still the same problem.
if any one knows whats going on PLEASE HELP !!

Can you also try a soft reset?

Something hardware seems to have gone south, or just isn't working properly.
I can't pinpoint it, but I can probably say service is in order since you rules out software for the most part with a hard reset, and that specific charger by trying it elsewhere.
