I would like to let my children use my computer, but am afraid of what they're doing online. Is there any way to monitor what exactly is going on, in my computer? Apps or services.

You can set-up a child account or add a user as a child on any Windows 8.1 PC:

You could make use of Microsoft's Family Safety, which is highly configurable. You must setup Microsoft accounts for each of your offsprings though and add these as users to your device. After that you can setup the time per day they're allowed to use the computer, the days, even which sites they are allowed to use. Pretty great. :) If you want to additionally increase security, you could setup your router to block certain websites on IP and URL basis for specific local IPs.

Bt u can also hide the program from the process list bro :) try it :)

I doubt this is possible if the user has local admin permissions. Which I consider crucial, if your kids should be able to install programs and updates on their own.

I will tentatively try that. I am not worried about programs and updates, because I am still using this PC. I really appreciate all the help from you all.
