Nokia Camera photo preview.

Preview option not working in Nokia Camera. A blank screen appears and none of the pic is visible. Pls help me

Let's start with so me basic steps. Try reinstalling nokia camera app from windows phone store. If this does not solve your issue l go into phone settings /swipe to applications /photos + camera / reset camera. You may also try a soft reset which shouldn't hurt your phone (this won't erase any of your personal data ) to do so , long press the volume down + lock button at the same time until your phone vibrates and reboot itself.

Yes.. Photo preview is enabled.. It just stopped working few days back. It was working fine.
Im using Nokia Camera.

now no option of photo preview enabled in Nokia Camera after last to last update, infact they also removed of nokia smart cam settings.
I am using Lumia 720 on wp8.0 in India.

you don't update app as I ysed SysApp pusher 5-7 times a day to check update to complete update, thats why really weird for me.

Nope. I prefer my store tile to notify for app updates.

Then the STORE ( Windows shopping bag icon) is not sending you updates. I've had at least 2 Nokia Camera updates notices from the STORE since July, the last one September 10, Version 4.8.4.3 Perhaps you don't have Nokia Camera or Nokia Camera Beta installed because if you do then you're not getting STORE update notices. Beta has had 2 since late June and updated September 3 also Version 4.8.4.3

I suggest you do a soft reset and see if that fixes the Store notices issue if that doesn't work a factory reset.
No Nokia or Beta Camera updates notices when even in July -there had been 2 each bteween March and July and you didn't get a Store update notice? the Store is broken :wink:
