Not satisfied with Nokia Lumia 1520 Audio quality

Hi, I have Lumia 1520 which i bought few weeks ago. Though, Lumia 1520 is a great device,I am not fully satisfied with the Audio quality of the phone. I am using the same headset which comes in-box with the device.Though nokia have added Dolby surround for the audio with headsets, it still produces an ordinary sound with less bass and too much loudness though the clarity of the sound is good. I am wondering whether there are any audio improvements from Microsoft in upcoming 8.1 update.
Please suggest me headset models which will give a good audio experience with 1520.
