Nokia Lumia 521 "get media content now" not working

I have Nokia Lumia 521 in developer mode Windows 8.1, I just realize all my "get media content now" does not work no matter how many times I click on it. I've already tried turning on/off the airplane mode, wifi, & power button. I have my cellular on too. Someone please help me solve this, because I would really love NOT to reset it.......I feel like I'm on the verge of frustration....is anyone with 521 having the same problem?....please me me.... ...thanks in advance!

you're talking about MMS aren't you.
Something's might be amiss with your cellular data, does that work?

Are you on T-Mobile as a service provider? or another like Straight Talk?
You may have to fiddle with the Access Point settings.

The same is happening here in Canada with Telus and Rogers. The problem is probably related to windows phone 8.1. I know of a unit running wp8.0 with Telus as the SP and is able send and receive mms contents.

I think I have experienced this once before. Do you have Wifi Calling on? Sometimes, Wifi Calling breaks MMS. Try turning it off it if it is on.
