Skype Can't merge accounts

Hello guys...there's a problem with signing in Skype...when I type my Microsoft account it asks me about if I have an existing Skype or not...when u try to merge them,it says Ops there was a problem signing in. And I was typing the right username and pass...and btw before saying that it shows a quick glance of the profile picture for less than 1 sec then it shows the Ops message...any ideas ? Plz help & ty...
