Broken Screen Lumia 720

Hey, I wonder if I can fix my broken L720 screen. I love this device and I dont plan to switch. It fells down and the screen shattered. The touch is working fine. The issue is glance screen is not working anymore, and during phone outgoing/incoming, the screen goes blank and the touch is dead. Any idea whats broken? I heard that fixing the screen would cost you around 100-150 bucks.

Yep its true fixing the screen costs almost half the price of Lumia 720 (unlocked version). Here in India it costs more than 8000 INR.

It may be cheaper to get a second hand one (with a working screen but a fault elsewhere), and transplant your own phone's logic board into the donor phone.
