Help!!! My L520 doesn't seem to let me sign up for Xbox live in game hub.

Please I've been trying to sign-up for Xbox live since I got my Lumia phone but it always return an error message, please if there's anything or anyway that I can sign up for Xbox live account, can someone tell me... Thanks

I'm sorry I didn't reply since... The error message it shows is....

We are having trouble setting up your account please try again later.
Error Code: 80154002

And it has been saying this since last year when I got my Lumia.
