Can't purchase any apps!

I'm a Canadian using a 1020 and 1520. I had to change my regional settings to US to be able have Cortana running.
The problem is I no longer have any payment options. I would hate to give up cortana to be able to buy apps. I can't add a payment method as Microsoft wants a USA address

Any suggestions??

I'd suggest changing your region to the proper one where you live, downloading/installing your apps, and then switching your region/language back to US for Cortana only after you got the apps.

Ah good idea. I read there was a limitation to how frequent you could do this but I guess not.
