Is there a device with higher spec than the Lumia 930 coming?

I am genuinely considering the Lumia 930 this year but before i purchase it in September, i'm wondering if another Lumia device is coming this year with a higher spec?

There are some rumors about new phones being announced this fall, probably with better specs than 930.

The new device that will be unveiled by Microsoft pretty soon is said to be a successor to the 1020.

It will have a 40+ MP camera and a Snapdragon 805 processor, but it's all rumours.

Source...? I'm pretty sure there is no info about the specs, only codenames and price positioning.

Well I have read from A LOT of places that one of their new phones will have a 3D touch system - heck even Daniel wrote an article on his knowledge of it. McLaren is said to be the flagship to the 1020 though, so of course the camera has to be better than it's predecessors' camera

Yes, I've heard as well about the upcoming phone with 3D touch. I was asking about a source with exact specs (40+ MP and 805 SoC).

Well one would expect the camera to either remain at 41MP or somehow improve, as for the 805 SoC that would help with the touch system and also faster shooting at full resolution (I would love a burst mode or oversampled 1080p recording)
