Lumia 520 shows charging symbol but not charging times

my lumia 520 show charging symbol in not charging times

i have the same problem...it renders the phone useless
because even when it's plugged in, it goes into this "fake charging" state and stops the actual charging

i own two 520, so i tried to switch batteries, switch chargers....hard reset, soft reset...nothing works...
its a hellish bug
