problem in online video buffering

From few days i m using nokia lumia 520 and had updated it to develt oper windows 8.1 and when i start video buffering it does'nt start and shows loading,loading.........loading so,is it a problem of new update something else.

please help me at earliest.

I had the same problem, but I found out that it was a problem with the net speed. Check with speedtest.
