accidently deleted icon off home screen Lumia 630

[WPCentral Question]

I held down the icon of the '2nd sim' and accidently pressed the 'delete' symbol and it had of course deleted it = obviously I need it to switch from Sim 1 to Sim 2. Please can you tell me how to restore it. Also is there a way to change the size of the icons on the home page - the ones I will use less are large and ones I would use most are small, would like to swap them around. Thanks in advance of accurate answers.

You should be able to find it in the app list. Just swipe to the left from the home screen.

To change tile sizes on the start screen, tap and hold the tile. The bottom right corner will have a circle with an arrow. Tap that to reduce and enlarge the tile size.
