Problem with touch on Lumia 520

Hi

Could anyone help me out. My phone's touch response has gone haywire and gives me something and all (especially with the keyboard). I'm in India and therefore I do not have the Lumia Cyan update and Windows Phone 8.1 and is running on Lumia Black right now. This problem was not persisting earlier and I seriously don't know what to do. I own a Nokia Lumia 520

Try a soft reset . Maybe this will help you.

Me too. I have touch sensitive problem . I don't know why??

If you are using Flip cover, you might get a problem of touch going unresponsive while an incoming call. Maybe because, the screen unlocks itself to display the caller while the flip cover is still touching the screen. Or that is what I have found out with my L520..

No no I don't use anything,
Sometimes when I left the phone without any touch for a few seconds when I come back to touch the "..." On the screen it doesn't response

Should be some sort of a minor glitch.. I would also recommend a soft reset..

Oops.. If she is under warranty, take her to the Nokia care..
