why cant i access a specific page intermittently on wifi (Windows)

Until recently I had no problems with accessing any particular page. But since last week I cannot access one specific page via my Wifi connection -phone or lap top. Haven't a clue why this is. Help!!

Is this your own WiFi network or a WiFi network of a business?

If it is a business WiFi network, then they might be blocking that website via firewall.
