Location for cyan update

Should I change the location to get the cyan update ,I live in Belgium but I have set it to USA for Cortana do I need to input original location when update comes up ?

No you don't. You will receive the update from your carrier in Belgium (or directly from Microsoft if your phone is non-carrier).
