How to change phone on my windowsphone.com account

I replaced my old HTC 8X with a Nokia Lumina 928 and activated the new phone at the Verizon store. I want to change the phone on my windowsphone.com account but I can't find out how to do this. I deleted the HTC from my account but there is no place I can find to add the new Nokia. Is this whole area badly designed or am I missing something. Now I can't buy apps or anything.

Did you login to the Lumia 928 with the same account as the HTC 8X? If you did that, it should automatically recognize your Lumia 928. Can you paste a screenshot from the phone where you have logged into the phone?

You might try connecting to the Windows Phone app for desktop and update your phone there by plugging it in.
