App install mishap

I'm using Nokia Lumia 520 with Windows phone 8.1 (through developers preview) and I recently tried to install the app "Piano Tiles" and during the install process, I dropped my phone and when I restarted it, the app installed but I got a popup message saying the there is some problem with my SD card (the app was being installed on the SD card). It asked me if it should scan for errors or not. I selected yes and after it was complete, I checked the app list and the app was not there. I went to the store to download it again but It showed that it was already installed on my phone. The app does not show up in the app listor even in Games but it is supposedly installed on my phone. I tried finding the app through Cortana but even she couldn't find it on my phone. I somehow got the app to open through the voice bing search button but I am unable to replicate it or uninstall the app from my phone.

Edit: I was even able to update the app which happened without any problem

I am guessing the SD card may have shifted in the phone so try taking that out and putting it in again and do a soft reset
