gMaps or GMaps+? which one?

Windows phone 8, HTC8X, Verizon. I don't and will not ever be paying for VZ Navigator. So I ask which of these crappy Google apps should I use. I don't really use directions, GPS, or voice nav all that much. I do want me a nice little piece of "equipment" on hand when I need it. I do want it to have voice nav directions. Currently both apps are installed. I really hate having anything associated with Google in my life. If anyone can steer me to a Apple and Google free app that will accomplish basically what these apps deliver, I would pay for that app and forever be indebted to them.

Come come, credit to the geniuses at Google. Would the Nokia HERE Maps app be of any use to you?

Not sure but can you run Nokia Apps on HTC devices?

Nokia HERE is your best bet and it is pretty good. Also own an 8X on Verizon btw. There are other Navigation apps tho but HERE is free and works well so I have no complaints
