Lumia 925 stuck

Hi guy's ........ i am currently using windows phone 8.1 Dp and everything was fine till today.... i launched wp central app and it's stuck it's not recognizing any inputs... just showing wp central app it's not even going back or powering off or anything just stuck need help... how and i tries calling my phone.. it is not even displaying that..............:shocked:

are you able to exit the app from multitasking menu->long press the back key->swipe to the app->tap on "X" button or swipe down the app card to close the app. Or just press the start soft key to rerun to your home screen ?

Nope ...not able to do anything ... i am not able to unlock my phone ....

Strange lets begin with a soft reset by holding volume down + lock button at the same time until your phone vibrates and reboot itself.(ignore the black screen to power off the phone ).

Dude thanks bro. that seems to fix that issue for know .... is there any way to know what caused the issue in the first place............

You have windows phone 8.1 without proper firmware version . These issues are expected and at times soft reset tends to solve them. Once cyan is available for your device its likely you wont face such issues again. :smile:
