Why isn't my update downloading?

Got the update notification, but "downloading updates" stays at 0% and yes I am on wifi and I have

Anyone know why my update isn't downloading?

I have a dutch 920 but I'm on vacation in Greece, I'm on wifi right now and battery is almost full...

No download for me yet. I'm in the Netherlands. I have a L1020.

So the problem turned out to be that I had battery saver "always on".
I just updated and sadly this was not cyan but some pre-update I guess :/
