Can't re download all my apps or settings

Hi guys and girls. Done a factory reset and used the same email address as last time to sign in but not getting anything downloaded that I used to have. Any suggestions would be great

I did indeed. I thought I may have used another email address so I done a factory reset and then tried that. No luck. So I went once again and used the original email and if I go on the games store I can go to a game which you have to buy but it will tell me I bought it and allow me to download which is fine. But thought the phone was ment to do that automatically. Makes me wonder how reliable this is now

All soughted. Went on my laptop then transferred the games from there. Christ knows why it didn't do it tho ll
