Lumia 1320 has unresponsive display. Help!

Hey guys m using L1320. Recently I encountered a problem, my phone is not responding while i double tap to wake it up and sometimes my display gets unresponsive. Please help..

Try a soft reset, this has solved many issues like that.

problem still persists. i'm thing to go to nokia care tomorrow for this issue.

Hi, i was on the 8.1 DEV PREVIEW, but decided to reinstall factory settings to go back to 8, so glad i did my 1320 is really responsive, smooth and no glitches...
Followed the Nokia Recovery Software via PC to carry this out...
