Synching my Live calendar to my WP8.1 calendar.

I have added an .ics work calendar to my live.com calendar and it won't synch with my phone's calendar. Running the developer preview.

If it's a work calendar, I'm assuming you subscribed to it in Outlook rather than importing it? Is it necessary to maintain this calendar in Android or iPhone format going forward? If so, the data is not actually part of the Outlook calendar data file, only linked to it.

You can view the data on your phone by adding the account in which the calendar is created (Google, iCloud, etc.) to the email+accounts in settings. Windows Phone will pull the calendar data directly from the source.
