Battery issues with DP WP8.1

I have a Lumia 928 running DP WP8.1. For at least a week, I've been needing to charge my Lumia 3-4 times a day. I have battery saver on and my Lumia continues to overheat. Top apps that drain my battery are Pandora (1), internet explorer, Facebook and Cortana. Yet, according to the battery saver app, Pandora's bar is only 1/4 full. I have restarted my Lumia a few times and sometimes the battery saver app will 20+ apps are ridiculously draining my battery. Currently, it has been three hours since the last charge and I'm down to 35%. Any suggestions?

Oh and make sure your 8.1 is up to date
