Lumia 928 blurry videos

I'm on my second 928 (first one stolen, this replacement is refurbished...of course they can never send you a new one)
I have my video settings on the high quality 1080 and they're still fuzzy when I send them via text or fbook.
It's been like this on both phones. The picture quality is awesome, but videos are surprisingly bad. I'm so disappointed.

Anything I can do ?

Hlw iam using Lumia 820 os 8.0.10532.166. Actually i signed in for preview developer .but i never updated to preview....m using black now still a update is available though i deleted preview app .i because now i want official release wp8.1 .how unsubscribe form developers so i get only official update notification.

The reason why its blurry is because when you send it to facebook,email,etc... The file has to be resized and compact to be able to send. But when you transfer it to laptop/pc you will see that it will be fine. In future upload it to YouTube as it will keep it perfect then share the YouTube link on facebook
