The battery icon in the right top corner is flashing from battery to plug it has been doing it for hours I have tried numerous chargers in both the wall socket and pc usb nothing helps it just keeps flashing I have even installed new software and totally restarted the phone even when I unplug it it still continues to flash I really need the phone to be charging I don't even know if it's charging or not it doesn't seem to be doing anything but flashing
can someone please help as I really don't know what else to do
