How is Note 3 Best Phablet? Nokia Lumia 1520 have better Camera than Note 3. Apps load faster on 1520. Bigger screen on 1520. Longer battery on 1520.

I am not sure that app load faster on L1520 than note 3.

I think the only reason Note 3 is better because of OS.

Note 3 have better apps, lot more fuctions than L1520.
In simple you can do much more on note 3 than l1520.

The apps thing is not true, sadly. Due to the more availability of RAM and a better processor apps launch faster on the Note 3.

Last I checked about the camera, maybe Lumia 1520 has a better camera however Note 3 has 60 FPS 1080p recording and 4K 30 FPS.

Add to that, the more apps, higher PPI(I think), Samsung services and the stylus, Note 3 is the best phablet for now.

Hey just for curiosity could you try something out?

Download 8 apps that are both on Windows Phone and Android.

Open apps and see which phablet opens them up faster, and then go to multitasking and switch back to those apps one by one.

And see which one performed better. Btw has your sister's Note 3 gotten Android 4.4 Kitkat yet? That has some massive performance improvements.
