Facing problem since Lumia 625 get updated to cyan.apps are crashing after the update.even Microsoft apps are crashing too.not good experience after cyan.with the developers preview everything was fine.please convey the msg to Microsoft.
Try soft reset by holding volume down + lock button at the same time until your phone vibrates and reboot itself. If this does not solve, a hard rest should solve such issues.
It does. Do you think this a hardware issue. if its a software (yes this one a software issue) and a soft reset or hard reset solves most the issue. Same goes for all the mobiles I have seen. IPhone/iPad users try to reset their devices using iTunes or by doing a soft reset by holding home button + lock button. I have issues with windows phone 8.1 and 99% issues were resolved by either preforming a soft reset or at times hard reset.
