IMEI number invalid?

Hi guys. I tried to get my phone unlocked from my carrier but they said my IMEI number is incorrect

First thing, remove the screenshot with your IMEI, you are exposing your phone's identity. Secondly they might have turned your request down with that reason because either you might have provided the wrong IMEI during the request or the person who took the request might have entered the wrong IMEI. I would say reach out to them again, IMEIs cannot be invalid, it's against the law in most countries

If it's from the Carphone Warehouse (and as in your screenshot) it's the CV-GBIE variant, and therefore should already be unlocked? I know mine was... Possibly why they say your IMEI is invalid as it's not on their list to unlock :straight:
